Fees

The Pleasant View Board of Mayor and Alderman shall establish a schedule of fees and a collection procedure for Building Permits. The schedule of fees shall be posted in the Office of the Building Commissioner. Only the Board may alter or amend the fee schedule. Until the appropriate fee has been paid in full, no action shall be taken on any application.

Building Permits ($50.00 minimum)	$.60 per square foot
Remodeling Permits (50.00 minimum)	$.40 per square foot
Agriculture Accessory Building	No Fee (AR Zone)
Single Wide Permit	$500.00
Driveway Permit	$35.00
Renewal Permit	$50.00
Re-Inspection	$50.00
Residential Accessory Building	$75.00
Zoning and Subdivision Books	$35.00
Planning Commission Fees
Rezone	$300.00
Board of Zoning Appeals	$150.00
Site Plans	$300.00
(Owners, Developers or their agents shall be responsible for reimbursement to the Town of Pleasant View for third party review, if necessary.)	$300.00
Minor Subdivision (4 lots or less)	$350.00
(Owners, Developers or their agents shall be responsible for reimbursement to the Town of Pleasant View for third party review, if necessary.)	$350.00
Major Subdivision (5 lots or more)	$500.00
(Owners, Developers or their agents shall be responsible for reimbursement to the Town of Pleasant View for third party review, if necessary.)	$500.00
